Frequently Asked Questions

  • The shelf life of tarts varies depending on the filling:

    - Dairy/custard tarts last 2-3 days when refrigerated.

    - Fruit tarts last 1-3 days, with refrigeration being the best option.

    - Jam tarts can be kept at room temperature for 1-2 days or refrigerated for 3-4 days.

    - Savory tarts last 3-4 days in the refrigerator.

Unfilled shells have a longer shelf life. To maintain the best quality, store tarts covered in an airtight container, preferably refrigerated (except for some jam or simple fruit tarts). It's advisable to consume them within a few days. Additionally, freezing tarts can extend their shelf life for several months.
