These Salted Caramel Snickerdoodles feature a classic tangy and chewy snickerdoodle base, filled with a rich, buttery caramel center and topped with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt. The result is a cookie that is soft and pillowy, with a crackled cinnamon sugar exterior and a gooey caramel surprise inside. The finish of salt balances the sweetness, creating a delightful treat.
